Sneaky Ninja Terms of Service
Effective date: November 5, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Sneaky Ninja (the “Game”), made by the independent developer JustTock (the “Developer”). By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If this English version differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. The Game and who may use it
The Game is a free arcade game with online leaderboards (Google Play Games) and online multiplayer (Epic Online Services). It is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not offered in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
2. Ads and rewards
The Game shows ads through Unity LevelPlay. If you choose to, you can watch a rewarded ad to receive an in-game reward (such as opening an extra chest). Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for the products and services you reach by tapping them. In-game rewards and items can only be used inside the Game and cannot be exchanged for money or sold to others.
The Game currently has no paid purchases. If paid items are added, payments and refunds will follow Google Play's payment and refund policies, and these Terms will be updated.
3. Names, nicknames and room titles
Leaderboard names, multiplayer nicknames and room titles are visible to other players. Do not use real names or other personal information, or profane, hateful, discriminatory, sexual or impersonating content. Such content may be hidden or removed without notice, and Google Play Games or Epic Online Services may take action under their own rules.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Manipulating scores, rankings or match results with hacks, modified clients, macros or similar tools
- Deliberately exploiting bugs, or obtaining ad rewards fraudulently
- Deliberately disrupting other players' matches or connections in multiplayer
- Reverse engineering the Game, or copying, selling or redistributing its art, sound or software without permission
- Violating applicable law or Google Play policies
If such conduct is found, the Developer may remove the related records from leaderboards or block access to online features.
5. Third-party services
Online leaderboards are provided by Google Play Games Services, multiplayer by Epic Online Services, and ads by Unity LevelPlay. When you use these features, their own terms and privacy policies also apply. If these services stop or change, the related features may become unavailable.
6. Privacy
What information the Game handles and what leaves your phone is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the Game and its art, characters, sound, text and software belong to the Developer (or their rightful owners). These Terms only give you a personal right to play the Game.
8. Changes and discontinuation
The Developer may change or remove features, balance and items to improve the Game, and may require an update before older versions can be used. The Developer may stop offering the Game or its online features for unavoidable reasons. Game records are stored on your phone, so they may be lost if you delete the app or change devices, and the Developer cannot restore them.
9. Limitation of liability
The Game is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the Game (such as lost records or matches interrupted by network problems), except for damages caused by the Developer's intent or gross negligence. The Developer is not responsible for names, nicknames or room titles entered by other players, or for problems arising in devices, operating systems or third-party services the Developer does not control.
10. Changes to these Terms
When these Terms change, the new version and effective date will be posted on this page. Changes that are unfavorable to you will be announced on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Game after the changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking with you at the contact below; if that fails, the dispute will be handled by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that consumer law in your country guarantees you.
